Academically, he is an experimental physicist involved in developing advanced laser systems hence possesses a solid understanding of complex systems.
His current passion is simplifying complex processes for students of science andtechnology. His audiences at conferences, classrooms and online sessions enjoy his methodical approach to coaching.
He is a recipient of a number of degrees, awards and scholarships and frequently contributes to U.S. journals and publications

Col; Furqan is an army veteran who commanded a Regiment during service and later on has served for more than 15 years in corporate sector in diverse leadership roles.
After Command and Staff College with
specialisation in Strategic Goal Setting and
Execution, he earned his MA(IR) and MBA.
He participated in UN peacekeeping
operations in Liberia and also served as
Instructor at Military Saff College and is
recipient of the coveted Tamgha Imtiaz ( M).
He is a passionate trainer fully focused on
coaching and mentoring future leaders.
